Use the Troubleshooting Connectivity page to troubleshoot the connection between your computer and Business Central.

If you’re having trouble connecting to Business Central, there’s an easy way to troubleshoot. The Troubleshooting Connectivity page can help you pinpoint what’s causing the issue between your computer and Business Central, such as:

  • Basic internet connectivity.
  • Business Central resources in Azure Content Delivery Network (CDN)
  • User authentication.
  • Service health status.

To access the page, just add “/connectivity” to the end of your business central URL.
