💡Did you know that when you change a Production Order Status, Business Central doesn’t just update the status value?
It inserts a new record with the new status and deletes the old one.
You can see this in the TransProdOrder procedure inside codeunit 5407 “Prod. Order Status Management”.
Why does this matter?
✅ To avoid errors when subscribing to Insert, Modify, or Delete on Production Orders. Extra logic on these triggers could cause errors or unexpected results.
